Emily is a recent Public Relations graduate from the University of Southern California with an interest in food, nutrition, travel, and content creation.
In addition to social media, multimedia production, and design, Emily is intrigued by startup companies and their culture. During senior year, she discovered a hidden passion for entrepreneurship during a course at the Marshall School of Business. This class has inspired her to be a part of the next Amazon, or maybe even start her own.
While studying abroad in Europe as part of the International Communication Studies (ICS) program offered through the Annenberg School for Communication and Journalism, she experienced hands on application of classroom concepts through a global communications perspective.
While in Berlin, Emily was fascinated to see how sustainability and veganism is the norm for the hip, yet environmentally conscious, community. With these experiences in mind, Emily is committed to transforming the American perception toward veganism while making plant-based options more accessible and acceptable to the American public.
She is currently furthering her education in nutrition and fitness education at Orange Coast College while lending her expertise in event planning at the Natural History Museum of LA County. In her free time, you’ll either find her at Sprouts or taking pictures of her food. Check it here!
